We are an award-winning, non-auditioned choir based in Salford, Greater Manchester.

 

We’re also a welcoming community that takes pride in making music that’s both fun and high quality.

Founded over fifteen years ago in Ordsall, the choir began as a community project with a small group of local people meeting in the Neighbourhood Centre. Since those early days we’ve grown into a vibrant and versatile ensemble of around 40 singers who are still proud to call Salford our home.

 

Our members come from a range of backgrounds and experiences, and our varied repertoire spans classical, pop, musical theatre, traditional songs and new compositions, with no two performances ever the same.

 

Over the years, we’ve performed across the North West and beyond, from community events to major cultural venues like Ordsall Hall, Manchester Museum, and The Lowry.  We've been involved in projects with Quays Culture, London's Serpentine Galleries & Tate Modern, and Manchester International Festival, as well as regular collaborations with other choirs across the region.  See more of our past highlights here > 

 

We’ve also competed nationally, earning awards at the Salford Choral Competition, Buxton Festival Fringe and the Alderley Edge Festival.
